Urgent! [installing custom effects]

Okay, I just installed some custom FX from windowsmoviemakers.net via my admin account. My main account is limited, so when I try to run a project on Limited, it gives me this:

Please run this program from Administrator account so it can set up your liscence. Once the license is set up, you can run it from any account.

Problem is, it keeps giving me this after I run it from the admin account! And it slows down the performance in WMM! Is there a step I'm missing?

I think one of them comes with a
"warning, may cause system wide instability"
doesn't mean there is a logical reason why there is a gremlin, the gremlin just is.

Honestly I had to unistall some of mine 'cuse it was causing random problems.
