Some good stuff I've downloaded:
Vectrex-Meteor (any mix, this is a great hard trance tune)
E Nomine-Religious themed German dance techno, with lyrics.Could be good for Hellsing or Eva AMV's.
VNV Nation-Manic depressive electronic music.
Neuroticfish-Good darkwave techno.
Disco Volante-Moonraker-A good song to listen to in the dark with your eyes closed.
DJ Kosmonova-Take Me Away
Space Brothers-Shine-Ermac's "Soul Of An Angel" video uses this song, but you probably knew that.
That's all for now,I'll post more if any come to mind.

Slashdot, believe it or not, had a rather good response on this topic.
As an aside, stuff you'll find in the local Big Store(TM) that's decent includes:
Luke Vibert / Plug / Wagon Christ
Orbital
Crystal Method
Massive Attack (Mezzazine, among others)
Crystal Method
Aphex Twin

Morcheeba's Big Calm.
I don't listen to be cool, so 99% of techno is of no interest to me. (One of my favorite genres is what modern techno was born out of, which of course no one recognizes or appreciates. -_- I heard someone call Daft Punk an "old" band in a techno thread a while back on another board, and that just about convinced me of people's sense of perspective.)
Anyhow, I just know that that CD is awesome, and that is all.
