• Comments: Looking at the serious side of Lupin. This continues to be my favorite AMV that I made and basically sums up my interpretation of the Lupin universe. On one hand it involves nearly-superhuman beings (in a diabolical, not angelic sense) punishing the far more corrupt of the world. In this way, they're above mundane affairs. On the other hand, and more obviously, Lupin and his crew are worldly, are criminals, and are locked in a struggle for survival against other criminals and the police. Each verse corresponds to a theme.
  
  1st verse: Fujiko
  2nd verse: Zenigata
  3rd verse: Jigen and Karen
  4th verse: the police in Lupin
  5th verse: Lupin and co.'s (including Zenigata) retaliation against society
  7th verse: general suffering in Lupin
  8th verse after interlude: Lupin vs. Nazis
  The rest of the video after that is Lupin and co. alternately struggling against and punishing everyone else (mafia bosses, etc.)
  
  Note: I have a Mac and thus I don't have AVIsynth or ZarxGUI, and I hear there are no good equivalents as of yet. If you can, please deal with the interlaced footage and poor visual quality. Unfortunately, all of the MPEG-2 sources play fine on my computer, and I'm sorry that I'm as of yet unable to share that good visual experience with you. : (
