    Back when saikano was first airing on television, it quickly became one of my favorite series, and I knew that I wanted to make a video to it. Just as soon as I had got ahold of the last episode I was ready to get started. I went and searched relentlessly for about 2 weeks trying to find a song that I felt would go well with the anime. After listening to hundreds of songs, 2 Linkin Park songs were the only ones that really stood out. I laughed at the thought of using one of these songs, and continued my search. A bit later though, I got to thinking, how well In The End could really work with Saikano. So I finally just said screw it, I didn't care what people thought of me for using this song, it was the one I was gunna use! So I got to work and spent about a month on the video, and I was just about to release it. Right at the last minute though, I decided that the video sucked, and that releasing it would be a great disservice to the anime. This was back in November of 2002. About half a year later, I got my hands on the dvds and decided to remake the video from scratch. I had a long time to think about it, so it was fairly clear in my head what I wanted to do with the video now. However after getting started, various things (nes project, ddr project) kept getting in the way, and I never really got any work done on the video. Finally the deadline for AWA was mere days away, I hurriedly compiled the video together over about 4 days. While I'm generally happy with the way it turned out, theres a couple things I'm not really pleased with. I could say the same thing about all of my videos though, so I guess it's nothing to worry about. Well, I guess I've ranted long enough here, so just watch the video and see what you think, I guess.
