• Comments: I had this idea for a while. I first heard the song while watching Stelvia and even listened to the song non-stop for a while trying to gather ideas. Unfortunately i didn't really have any direction with it at the time and let it sit on the back burner. Though, a lot of i was brainstorming gave me ideas for As The World Crashes Down. It wasn't until the AWA pro deadline was creeping up that i decided to look into this idea some more. I was intending on using several anime much like ATWCD but i felt it would be "to easy" to do that. It felt like it wouldn't give the video the right touch. So with that i used one. Beyond the Clouds seemed like it would be perfect.
  
  I wanted the video to be about the hardships of life and how love will always overcome. "Even if today is when the world is going to end, I will still love you" gives me chills down my spine when i think about it. The world ending is like the worst possible event one could live through, but "I will still love you" feels like such a strong thing to say to someone. Sounds cheesy but I’m a cheesy guy -_-.
  
  The video itself doesn't really follow a linier story. There is a lot of what i would call "reflection" of the characters in the video. I tried to show this by using a film glow effect (also gives a ghosting like effect also) which after much testing seemed perfect to me.
  
  Here are the lyrics. i provided a translation I did. i'm not very good with japanese so i spent a good amount of time looking at other translations and also using my own judgement. some parts were really hard to do and this is by no means accurate. i do hope i'm close and i'm sorry if i'm completely worng -_-. anyway here they are:

  This was going to be my AWA Pro video, but I ran into a problem with the last 20-30 seconds of the video so I was unable to submit it. Should i have sent it to Masters? No. I really don't think this video is any good. To me, i like it, but i really don't expect anyone else to view it and like it the same way I do. With that said, I hope you at least enjoy it and if you like it, even better :P
