    Why the need for a "Special Edition"? Well, to be perfectly honest, i'm not happy with the version i currently have. The frame size is too small, the audio isn't the best, and some parts of the video are just not how i want them to be. I also don't have a high quality master of it. and of course, i was bored out of my mind and wanted to do this for a year or two. also didn't want to do homework... only so much programming you can do >.>

    so what are the differences? The special edition's frame size is 848x480 (16:9) while the regular version is 480x320 (4:3). this version contains two audio tracks: a high quality Mp3 and the Ac3 track ripped directly from the Die Prophezeiung dvd (for those with 5.1 sound systems systems). I used H264 for this version. The codec is superior to xvid and for the frame size and two audio tracks, i wanted to keep everything looking good and low bitrate.

    what did i "fix"? First and probably the major fix was the aspect ratio of the hellsing footage. it's no longer squished. the audio is better as mentioned above. timming in a few parts were adjusted. and the scene from 2:28 to 2:30 was changed.

    how to play the video? If you have VLC player, you should be to play the video (if it wont play download the latest version and it should work fine). if you do not wish to get VLC then you will need the Matroska Full Pack... this includes all the filters needed to play the video (i think). I suggest you play the video in something other then Windows Media Player or Winamp. I tested the video in both VLC and Media Player Classic. Works perfectly.
