I do, but the real question is (as mean as it might sound). How many people have you given a reason to know who you are outside of this topic?

That's the spirit, make something you're so damn proud of you can't wait for people to just see it.

Hmmm....?

No, I don't really think so. If the people who drifted in here from AKROSS are any indication, there's ways to make a splash without being too well-known.

BTW, seriously: do people think that in my case, my forum activity plays a big role in my videos having been nominated?
Personally, I don't really think so - I hope not. It's a factor, but far from a decisive one I hope.
And I'd like to think of many people here as friends but, frankly, I have regular contact perhaps only with a half-dozen .org members...
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

i agree with Otohiko.

I've only been making MV's for a little over a year now, and i've barely ever come into the a-m-v.org forum unless i needed help, or the VCA Shameless Forum was up ^_^, and one of my latest vids made it to the semi's for best Horror/Terror, even though it was released only a month before the nominations began. I know virtually no one on a-m-v.org so there's no "friendly" votes. So i guess it's just a matter of getting out there and advertising (but not too much).

Blegh, hope that made sense.
